2015 Estate Rosé – With its vibrant pink color, this Estate grown Rosé has an expressive bouquet of mandarin and mineral notes. Luscious fruit flavors of strawberry and watermelon balance with bright acidity and lingering floral finish.
2014 Chambourcin Rosé – Off-dry rosé. Deeper color than your average Rosé, it balances well with a bright acidity reminiscent of cranberry, green apple tart, and watermelon.
2014 Merlot Rosé – This beautifully colored wine has a hue similar to a red delicious apple, and shines through with a delightful medium body and medium acidity. Exhibiting flavors of blueberry, cherry and watermelon, it finishes with a slight white pepper character.

2014 Memories White Blend (1.6% residual sugar)– Inviting aromas of honeysuckle and melon lead to a sweet, crisp and well-rounded body, delighting your palate with a creamy flavor profile reminiscent of the winter D’Anjou pear.
2013 Pinot Gris – Lush pear on the nose with refreshing lime zest and green apple on the palate. Well rounded with bright acidity.
2013 Sauvignon Blanc – Tropical aromatics well-integrated with varietal notes of wheat and alfalfa grass. Lively fresh pineapple and lime zest delight with every sip.
2013 Viognier – Inviting white peach and lychee fruit notes on the nose. Full-bodied with crisp kiwi and honeydew on the palate and hints of grapefuit zest in the finish.
Barrel Fermented White Wine
2015 Estate Reserve Chanrdonnay ( Oak & Steel aging) – Opening with subtle notes of fresh cut summer hay, our first estate grown Chardonnay leads on to hints of honey and toasted graham cracker. Aged 7 months in 2/3 french oak and 1/3 stainless steel.
2014 Heritage White Blend (Oak & Steel aging) – Nuanced noted of French Oak lead into a palette full of orchard fruits and citrus. Aged 9 months.
2013 Heritage White Blend (Oak & Steel aging) – A winemaker’s dream, warm toasty oak flavors well-integrated with a dynamic flavor profile of lush honeydew, roasted cashews, and lively acidity. Aged for 6 months.
2013 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay – Golden Delicious apples and marzipan tingle your nose. Warm toasty oak flavors blend seamlessly with ripe apple, caramel and creamy butter notes on the palate. Aged fir 6 months in 100% French Oak.
2014 Petit Verdot – A beautiful perfume bouquet of Lilac and Violet seduces the senses and leads on to intricate notes of spices, blackberries and toast, and lingers with a dense but rounded tannic structure that promises years of drinkable ecstasy.
2014 Celebration Red Blend – This red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Syrah boasts inviting notes of caramelized marzipan and lightly toasted coconut offering a delightful start to this well balanced vintage. Ripe flavors of fleshy plum and red fruit permeate the mid-palate and a thoughtful balance of American and French Oak aging makes for an enjoyable medium-bodied finish.
2014 Tradition Red Blend – In it’s second vintage, this red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah carries on the tradition of beauty and complexity that we strive for annually. An elegant garnet color gives way to silky notes of caramel, toast, and jam. Both red and black fruit characters shine through the mid-palate and lead on to a medium body finish with bold and structured tannin. Aged for 16 months in French and American Oak.
2014 Remembrance (2.4% residual sugar) – A blend of Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc, Remembrances opens with flavors of Raspberry, blueberry and just a hint of oak, this aromatic and balanced red blend is truly versatile. Served chilled to enhance the acidity and bring out a touch of citrus and crab apple or serve at room temperature to elucidate the round body of sweetness.
2013 Merlot – Big and bold, the 2013 Merlot shows a great balance of acidity and tannin. Opening with notes of sweet spice and a dense fruity blackberry mid palate. Best enjoyed after an hour or so of decanting. Chocolaty notes and dark plum. Slight earthiness. Aged in 100% new french and American oak for 14 months.
2013 Sangiovese SOLD OUT – With a deep red hue and a great aromatic bouquest, it melds together fruity characters of blueberry, vanilla and sweet pastry with touches of leather and carmel. When decanted, the fruit charachter is embellished, and the strong tannin profile and American oak linger on the palate. Aged in 100% new French and American oak for 14 months.
2013 Celebration Red Blend SOLD OUT – is a special blend to mark the opening of the Blue Valley Vineyard and Winery, the vision and passion of The Zissios Family.
Blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Sangiovese. Rich, full-bodied and velvety smooth across the palate, this wine exhibits notes of dark blackberry, cocoa nibs, black currant and toasted vanilla. Hints of cinnamon, cherry, and a dark liqueur such as Armagnac or framboise. Aged in New French Oak for 14 months.
2013 Cabernet Franc SOLD OUT – Dark hue with a nose exhibiting a touch of mint. Strong undertones of raspberry, huckleberry and cola. Slight earthiness with a hint of dark chocolate. Aged in 100% new French and American oak barrels for 14 months.
